Our Process

Diversity and Inclusion Talent Acquisition Management has a robust, dynamic and cutting edge process which allows us to achieve and deliver world class results to you – our client. We apply Six Sigma philosophies to our internal and external recruiting process. This allows us to work SMART which means we apply specific goals which are more likely to be achieved. We identify who is involved, what needs to be accomplished and establish a reasonable timeframe. We do this to determine the specific reason, purpose or benefits of achieving our client’s goals. We measure the progress towards our goal which allows us to stay on track, reach target dates and experience achievement. Staying on track will result in a continuous improvement cycle that leads to motivation and goal attainment. We are action oriented, which keeps the process flowing. We break our goal down into action steps, each step allows us to get closer to achieving our goal. We are reasonable, this avoids setting unreasonable expectations, we do not over promise and under deliver. We define start and endpoints to set goal, we do this, because we have found that goals without deadlines or schedules for completion tend to be put aside for the day-to-day crises that invariably arise.

Our organization captures the voice of our customers. This allows us to obtain client requirements, feedback in order to provide our clients with best in class service and product quality. As an innovative and proactive organization we capture the ever-changing requirements of our clients with time. By doing this we identify what is Critical to Quality and critical to our clients. Deciphering this allows us to be able to measure our ability to meet our clients needs. When we manage a process for our clients we want TAKT, this means rhythm, speed, cohesively working as a unit. We consider innovation the process that creates a cutting edge system customized to meet the needs of our clients. We focus on discovering client and market needs and subsequently finding a means to meet them. The objective is to ensure that our clients needs are carefully addressed, analyzed, measured and met.
