We also get a sense of what type of expectations you have in mind for this individual and discuss a road-map for success. In identifying these individuals our organization utilizes traditional and non-traditional recruiting tools. We conduct a series of extensive, behavioral, situational and theoretical interview questions. Additionally we perform a 360 degree reference check on all individuals we are responsible for representing, this means, that we receive a reference from a direct manager, report, colleague and vendor. We target candidates from a competitor, industry specific or any other organization you would like this individual to come from. Our goal is engage with passive candidates, individuals that are not actively looking, however open to hearing about better opportunity.
